Innovation and data exchange have an important role to play across the spectre of humanitarian aid. Meeting the Grand Bargain commitments will be facilitated by innovations, we already see a role for information systems in the transparency commitment. Innovation and data exchange are highly politicised, think only of the discussions around the protection of beneficiary data. Innovations and data exchange will also bring humanitarian aid to the future.
