Within the humanitarian team of Cordaid I am responsible for improving emergency preparedness and response capacity of Cordaid country offices and partner organizations. I work with country offices and partners on humanitarian program development, including (innovative) strategies & synergies between emergency response, recovery & development interventions of Cordaid, especially in fragile contexts.

Training & workshop facilitation in DRR, resilient recovery, emergency preparedness is an interesting part of my job.

I am passionate about the content and quality of humanitarian aid; providing meaningful practical contributions to assistance and resilience of people living in these complex contexts. I love to travel to work hands-on with Cordaid staff and partners in countries and feel the most challenging part of my job is administrative tasks.
