Aid sectors have been involved in sexual exploitation, which has raised the issue of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (SEA) to the agenda. It resulted in safeguarding policies and practices being established across the aid sector, the beginning of what we see evolving today. There was a rise in the #AidToo movement, which also resulted in the launch of the Resource & Support HUB, who reflect in this podcast on the recent developments around SEA and trust in the aid sector.
