Special measures for protection from sexual exploitation and abuse: a new approach

The present report presents the Secretary-General’s strategy to improve the Organization’s system-wide approach to preventing and responding to sexual exploitation and abuse. The strategy focuses on four main areas of action: putting victims first; ending impunity; engaging civil society and external partners; and improving strategic communications for education and transparency.
