As humanitarian project lead at Oxfam Novib, I’m involved in various projects through the Dutch Relief Alliance (DRA) and Giro 555/Samenwerkende Hulporganisaties (SHO).

Beyond project management, I am highly interested in how we do our work and how we can improve quality and increase impact based on past learnings and reflections. In doing so, I enjoy working with, and learning from, colleagues at different locations globally, (local) partners and other stakeholders. As of 2020, I co-chair the Localisation Working Group of the DRA.
